Our NGO Growth, has been actively working in the area of Integrated Slum Development, with a special focus on empowering youth and women from economically weaker sections through livelihood training, employment skill development, and entrepreneurship opportunities. As the digital economy continues to expand, we have placed special emphasis on IT skill-based training, which has the potential to transform the careers and lives of underprivileged youth.

To enable digital learning and career opportunities, we established a computer training institute at our NGO along with the computer training we provide Free: English speaking, Motivational training, Health & Wealth Management, Artificial Intelligence, Interview Preparation & 100% Job placement guarantee .

The objective of these activities is to holistically develop youth by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in their careers, contribute to their communities and lead fulfilling lives.

These activities aim to:
