Empowering Futures in Logistics : CSR Initiative of D.P. World & Teamlease in Warehouse & Logistics Training at Growth

Growth NGO, in collaboration with D.P. World and Teamlease, has successfully trained 120 students under its CSR project, focusing on Warehouse & Logistics training. NGO Growth has conducted 4 CSR project on Warehouse & Logistic training each of duration of one month at Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. Each batch consist of 30 individuals comprising of Women, SC, ST, BPL & General category.

This comprehensive program includes computer skills, soft skills devlopment, and in-house learning activities, equipping students with the expertise required to excel in the logistics sector.

The program's success is reflected in its remarkable 80% placement rate, showcasing the effectiveness of the training and the dedication of the team. By bridging the skill gap and providing employment opportunities, Growth NGO continues to empower youth and contribute to sustainable development.
