Empowering Youth through Skill Development : CSR Initiative of SPXFLOW , Onestage on Two- Three Wheeler Service Technician as "Project Kaushal"

Growth NGO, under a CSR initiative supported by SPXFLOW, OneStage, and Mukesh Himmatsinghka Foundation, has successfully trained 40 students in Two- and Three-Wheeler Service Technician training, along with computer and soft skills. Through in-house learning activities, the program has achieved an impressive placement rate of 80%, empowering students with essential skills for employment and sustainable livelihoods.

Objective: To bridge the skill gap among underprivileged youth and make them industry-ready.

Description: The SkillUp Initiative focuses on providing technical, vocational, and soft skills training to youth aged 18-25. Partnering with leading corporates, this program offers:

• Certified training programs in fields such as Automobile Industry

• Internship opportunities to gain practical work experience.

• Placement assistance in reputable organizations.

Impact:

• 40 youth have successfully completed the training.

• 80% of participants have secured jobs within 1 month of completing the program.
