Objective:

NGO “Growth” is associated with NSIC [National Small Industries Corporation Ltd ] A Government of India Enterprise, under its Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR].

Objective of this Project is to provide “Entrepreneur Development Program” to underprivileged youth and women from economically weaker sections and enable them to gain access to opportunities for sustainable livelihoods and growth.  The Mission of Growth is to motivate people to explore and use more of their potentials to achieve their dreams. Growth helps participants to realize their hidden potential and channelizes it for constructive usage – both for personal excellence and achieving organization Goals. The “Growth” process focus on youths to set and achieve goals, become self- motivated and develop positive mental attitude by overall development, training them to prepare them for the competitive world and helping them to live their life with independence and dignity.

Impact:

After the successfully completion of the program “Growth NGO” has placed those students in corporate sectors in Malls, Call Centers, Schools, Hospitals, IT Sectors, Sales and Business Houses and those students become Employed also some of the students has started their own business and started earning and become Self Employed.

After successfully completion of 4 CSR project by “Growth NGO” Valedictory Function of CSR activity of NSIC has been arranged at “Ahmedabad Management Association” Addressed by: Shri.
