“Growth NGO” conducted 1 month ” ENTREPRENEUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM on “Retail Management” A CSR project of National Small Industries Corporation Ltd”. at Rakhial-Ahmedabad.

In this program we have trained 25 Boys & Girls candidates on  “Entrepreneur Development Program on Retail Management”  with the Goal of “SLUMS TO MALL” belonging to the Schedule Caste poor candidates of slum areas.

After completion of this one month Entrepreneur Development Program 19 participants has been placed in Retail Malls & Super markets and become Employed by getting starting salary of Rs.9500 to Rs.11500.
